OverviewIntegrated Marketing Manager role at LiveRamp. The Integrated Marketing Manager is an integral part of the marketing team who is hands-on with campaign activities and manages day-to-day progress to bring campaigns to market within budget and deadlines. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Integrated Marketing, this position collaborates with stakeholders across the marketing department to manage priorities and outputs. Campaigns focus on driving demand for our key products with our target audiences and may include website landing pages, paid media campaigns, event sponsorships, and webinars.ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage marketing campaign operations, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with cross-functional teams (e.g. Integrated Marketing, Events, PR, Product Marketing).Manage planning and workflow processes, serving as a connector between marketing strategy and tactical execution.Develop and own detailed program/project briefs (including goals, messaging, call to action, content, target personas and distribution channels) to enable the Digital, Marketing Ops and Events teams to execute effectively.Communicate proactively with stakeholders about progress, deliverables, roadblocks and results.Partner closely with Integrated Marketing team members and cross-functional partners within Marketing (Comms, Marketing Ops, Events, and Digital Marketing) to execute strategies.Collaborate with all marketing functions on quantitative analysis, qualitative research and synthesis to understand and represent the sentiment of our global community.Drive campaign and program timelines, ensure clear communication loops, and adjust course as needed to meet shifting priorities.Contribute to technology operations: manage tool access, assist with training and onboarding, and provide backup for tech owners (e.g., Marketo, 6sense).Define campaign reporting needs and KPIs, and track/report results against benchmarks.Monitor dashboards, analyze results to understand what’s working/not working and why, and optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.Communicate how marketing programs impact revenue and deliver ad-hoc analyses as needed.Anticipate needs and proactively build scalable solutions and processes that improve execution quality.Provide support to peers through collaboration, peer mentorship, and shared ownership of team goals.About You4–5 years of experience in marketing, ideally B2B or tech/SaaS.Experience managing marketing campaign timelines and working cross-functionally.Superior written/verbal communication and comfort presenting ideas.Strong quantitative analytical ability.Accountable and takes ownership.Curious as well as introspective.Familiarity with marketing tools (e.g., Marketo, 6sense, Asana).Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize.Proven experience managing priorities and working closely with internal stakeholders.Track record of success in coordinating pre-launch and post-launch campaign activities.Familiarity with demand generation best practices, including audience targeting, account-based marketing, reporting, segmentation, measurement, lead lifecycle and nurture.Eager to grow in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Solution-oriented, proactive, and curious.Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or equivalent work experience.Preferred Skills4+ years of experience in the ad-tech and mar-tech or marketing data and analytics industries.Previous B2B campaign management experience.Previous experience with Salesforce, Marketo, 6Sense or Asana.CompensationThe approximate annual base compensation range is $122,500 to $144,000.
