Overview: We are seeking a professional, customer-focused individual to join our client's team as a

Customer Service & Showroom Support Representative . This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers both over the phone and in person. The position involves assisting with product and order inquiries, supporting the showroom experience, and coordinating front desk operations in the warehouse for smooth order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls weekly, answering questions related to order status, product details, pick-up schedules, and company information. Provide in-person support in the showroom, including greeting customers, showcasing product displays, and assisting with product-related questions. Redirect customers to their designated representatives or assign a representative on rotation when necessary. Cover

Warehouse Will Call Operations

for one hour daily, including:

Greeting customers and verifying orders. Coordinating with warehouse staff to ensure accurate and timely loading.

Qualifications:

Previous customer service, showroom, or front desk experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with both customers and internal teams. Basic computer skills for order lookups and customer inquiries. Detail-oriented and organized, with a focus on customer satisfaction. Work Environment:

Split between office/showroom environment and warehouse front desk coverage. Requires interaction with customers, sales representatives, and warehouse staff.
