Workdays/Hrs: Monday - Friday (8am-5:30pm)
Saturday (rotation 8am - 11am)

About the Role:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of our community bank. This role is responsible for providing friendly, efficient, and accurate banking services while identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate financial products and services. The CSR upholds the bank's commitment to customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service
Welcome customers with a warm, friendly greeting and provide attentive, personalized service. Assist customers with their banking needs, resolving issues or directing them to appropriate resources. Identify customer needs and promote suitable bank products and services such as checking and savings accounts, certificates of deposit (CDs), loans, and credit cards. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote trust and customer loyalty. Teller Operations
Process customer transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing. Balance cash drawer at the end of each shift, ensuring discrepancies are reported and corrected. Issue cashier's checks, money orders, and other financial services. Answer customer inquiries regarding account balances, interest rates, fees, and other banking products. Assist customers with the use of ATMs, mobile banking, and online services. Adhere to all security and compliance procedures, including the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Cash Handling and Compliance
Accurately balance cash drawer at the end of each shift and report discrepancies. Follow established procedures for cash handling. Maintain awareness of and comply with all banking regulations and security protocols. Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous banking, teller, or customer service experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, customer-focused environment. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with banking systems a plus. Working Conditions:
Regularly required to stand for extended periods. May occasionally need to lift up to 25 lbs. Standard branch hours apply, including some Saturdays. Benefits:
