Leader, Information Security – Workforce Identity and Access Management (IAM)

Develop and refine identity and access management systems (including single sign-on and multi-factor authentication) to support secure operations. Provide technical guidance on IAM processes, working closely with engineers, delivery managers, and analysts across locations. Work with colleagues in engineering, product, operations, and leadership to integrate IAM practices into business processes. Monitor the performance of critical IAM applications, ensuring they function reliably and meet security standards. Participate in platform upgrades and new feature integrations, contributing to planning, quality checks, and timely implementation. Act as a resource for internal teams on application integrations and system improvements, ensuring clear and effective information sharing. Telecommuting may be permitted up to 2 days per week. When not telecommuting, must report to Western Union, LLC, 7001 E Belleview Ave., Denver, CO 80237. Compensation

The base salary range is $160,202 to $227,777 per year and represents the anticipated low and high end of the Western Union salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on qualifications, skills, and proficiency. This role is eligible for an annual bonus. Benefits include health insurance options, life and accidental insurance, and development platforms as part of Western Union’s total compensation. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or U.S. equivalent in Applied Computer Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, or a related field, plus 5 years of professional experience as an Engineering Manager, Software Engineer, or any occupation/position/job title involving Identity and Access Management and Information Security. Must Also Have Experience In The Following

5 years of professional experience working with Engineering Single Sign-On standards and implementing authentication authorization 5 years of professional experience designing, installing, programming, and maintaining security systems including Active Directory 5 years of professional experience securing, implementing, managing, and maintaining solutions with cloud provider environments (including Azure) 4 years of professional experience managing subordinate employees 4 years of professional experience utilizing Identity Provider/Identity and Access Management Technologies including Sailpoint, Microsoft Active Directory, and Azure AD 3 years of professional experience working in financial services and FinTech 2 years of professional experience utilizing Okta and AWS Referral Bonus - $1,000 (Subject to Employee Referral Policy).
