Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced

Reach Truck Operator

to support our fast-paced warehouse operations. This position is responsible for operating reach trucks and other powered industrial equipment to move, locate, load, and unload product within our distribution facility, with a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities: Safely operate a

stand-up reach truck

to move materials to/from designated areas within the warehouse. Accurately

pick, stage, and replenish inventory

using RF scanners and warehouse management system (WMS). Unload and load trailers

as needed using reach trucks, sit-down forklifts, or pallet jacks. Maintain clean and organized warehouse aisles and product locations. Perform daily equipment safety checks and report mechanical issues immediately. Follow all safety guidelines and company standard operating procedures. Assist with

cycle counts, inventory audits , and

general warehouse tasks

as assigned. Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. Minimum 2 year of recent reach truck operation experience

in a warehouse or distribution environment. Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain through company training. Proficient in using

RF scanners and basic WMS systems . Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and safety. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods. Must be a team player with a strong work ethic and dependable attendance record. Work Environment & Schedule:

Full-time, hourly position on

1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM) Overtime may be required based on operational needs. Nonclimate-controlled and high-bay warehouse environment.
