Design, program, and maintain automated systems to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Perform system diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve malfunctions. Conduct regular maintenance on automated systems to ensure peak operational condition. Collaborate with other departments to integrate automation solutions into existing processes. Keep detailed records of system performance, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered. Provide technical support and training to other staff members on the use of automated systems.
