Role Summary

URBN is looking for a Retail Systems Intern to join us for the Summer. The Retail Systems Intern will work closely with retail development, support and project management teams auditing tools, identifying opportunities, and updating systems and processes that effect the day to day in our Retail locations. Focus on real life situations causing inefficiencies or friction points for our store teams and/or customers across our retail locations around the world.

The URBN 2026 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/1 through 8/7 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.

Summer Internship Program Application Process:

Apply to one (1) internship posting that best suits your interest & skills. If there is a project component in the application (see below within role qualifications), it is required that you submit this to be considered for a position. This is due at the time of your application submission. Complete Video Interview: Candidates selected will receive an email with a link to complete a video Interview. You will have 2 days to complete this portion of the application once the email is received. Interviews will be scheduled with our internal teams, continuing on a rolling basis.

Applications will close at 5:00pm EST on November 3rd 2025.

Role Responsibilities

Participate with Retail Project team on identifying friction points or process improvement to POS, Retail Applications and Back Office Tools and ways to solve for these inefficiencies Help create new processes and documentation used to communicate/train these updates with our store operation teams Help create and maintain knowledge base documentation used by support team Help create tools used by store teams on updates to systems Participate in day to day operations within the Retail Technology team Role Qualifications

Experience at URBN retail store locations or other retailers Good communication skills and willing to share ideas Eagerness to learn new technologies and methods Ability to work within a team Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace suite strong skills
