What You'll Do
This role will manage the planning and execution of top-of-funnel brand media, including strategic media plans and execution in partnership with cross-functional Media COE experts and agencies. This role reports to the Director, Media + Digital Strategy & Consumer Engagement - Americas.
What You'll Be Working On Assist in the development and execution of media plans across partners, including targeting and platform analysis, ROI assessment, creative overview, and integration of cross-functional team plans
Develop & execute paid media strategy – own and manage paid media campaigns across digital channels (Meta, YouTube, TikTok, OOH, CTV, etc.), driving brand awareness and engagement
Identify high-potential audiences, optimize targeting strategies, and expand brand reach
Monitor KPIs and analyze campaign performance; provide actionable insights to optimize spend
Foster a culture of measurement and optimization, establishing benchmarks and collaborating with agencies and internal teams
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Amazon, DTC, Retail) for a holistic and strategic approach with consistent messaging
Work with Global Consumer Engagement to incorporate Global 360 strategies into regional media plans and meet regional needs as Global develops program toolkits
Coordinate with Global and agency tools on optimized creative fit for purpose
Provide guidance to channel leads via retail media network ad products and stay current with RMN roadmaps to identify opportunities
Manage relationships with media agencies and platform partners for best-in-class execution and innovation
Partner with Project Management to ensure timely delivery of media assets using toolkits to streamline processes
Assist Director in managing Brand Media budget; partner with Finance to close each month
Stay informed on emerging platform trends to adopt innovative campaign strategies
Must Haves 5 years' experience in media strategy and planning within a complex organizational structure
Deep understanding of omnichannel media strategies and digital marketing, with a track record of increasing brand awareness and consumer engagement
Experience with retail media networks and understanding their role in driving omni-channel media
Results-oriented with tenacity to meet deadlines and budget
Proactivity and startup mindset: ability to move quickly, propose ideas, and take action
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in developing and implementing data-driven campaigns and in analyzing performance for data-informed decisions
Strong communication skills to align cross-functional teams within a global framework
Stays ahead of media trends and integrates emerging platforms and techniques
Analytical with a test-and-learn mentality for campaign optimization
Strategic budget management skills across partners
Salary Range
$115,000—$125,000 USD
