Lead, E-Commerce Campaign Position within the Global E-Commerce Team at Royal Caribbean Group. This is a full-time role reporting to the Manager, E-Commerce Marketing. This position is in-person in Miami, Florida.

Overview The Lead, E-Commerce Campaign is a hands-on, tactical-oriented role focused on executing and optimizing promotional, website, and personalization initiatives to enhance the customer experience and drive sales. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams to implement strategies, monitor performance, and continuously improve site engagement through data-driven, actionable tactics. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and has a foundational understanding of eCommerce merchandising and digital marketing best practices.

Responsibilities

Inform and maintain the promotional calendar in collaboration with revenue management, sales, legal, and marketing teams.

Assist in briefing creative teams and ensuring timely campaign launches for the eCommerce consumer-facing website, aligning with all marketing channels (email, social, paid media, web) by consolidating briefings.

Support the creation and update of website content, homepage banners, product displays, and merchandising placements; ensure content aligns with brand voice and campaign goals, maintaining consistency across channels.

Assist in identifying in-demand and in-distress products to allocate marketing efforts accordingly; support channel-specific marketing tactics to maximize product visibility and sales.

Participate in commercial task forces and special initiatives to meet business needs.

Utilize analytics tools to track campaign and site performance; generate reports and provide actionable insights to optimize merchandising tactics and ROI.

Support the implementation of personalized content and product recommendations through the Customer Data Platform (CDP); help segment audiences and tailor messaging to improve engagement.

Coordinate and execute A/B tests on homepage layouts, product displays, and promotional messaging; collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and accurate deployment of updates.

Assist in usability testing and analyze user behavior to identify navigation or interface improvements; support initiatives to ensure website responsiveness and ease of use across devices.

Maintain clear and consistent communication with creative, content, marketing, and technical teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and website updates.

Help create targeted promotions and content aimed at specific customer segments, leveraging personalization platforms to boost conversion.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in eCommerce merchandising, digital marketing, or related areas.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and inform tactical decisions.

Familiarity with digital marketing channels, A/B testing, personalization tools, and customer segmentation.

Basic experience with website content management systems and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe, or similar).

Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative mindset.

Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple ongoing campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications, Knowledge, and Skills

15+ years of experience with IT infrastructure architecture, data centers, middleware, database, and cloud IaaS/PaaS/SaaS services in a large enterprise

Demonstrates extensive broad knowledge and capabilities among a variety of technical concepts and functional areas.

Demonstrates leadership, facilitation, coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal/group communication.

Effectively works with all levels of Information Technology and corporate organizations.

Considered subject matter expertise across multiple technology disciplines.

Able to lead and collaborate with people at all levels of responsibility to formulate, communicate and implement enterprise technical strategies.

Capable of making and selling independent decisions and recommendations.

Demonstrates ability to coordinate creativity, analysis and problem solving of many individuals leading to consensus on solutions.

Considered a consultant on methodologies, tools, best practices and processes across multiple technology areas.
