Kitchen Manager
to lead our back-of-house operations, ensure consistency, and keep our food program swinging strong.
What You’ll Do
As Kitchen Manager, you’ll oversee daily kitchen operations while building a positive, efficient, and high-performing team. Responsibilities include: Team Leadership & Training : Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff to maintain a skilled, motivated crew
Food Quality & Consistency : Supervise prep, cooking, and plating to ensure every dish meets brand standards
Inventory & Ordering : Manage food costs, track inventory, and order supplies while minimizing waste
Kitchen Operations : Maintain an organized, efficient, and clean kitchen environment
Safety & Compliance : Enforce ServSafe standards, food safety practices, and workplace safety policies
Scheduling & Labor Management : Build effective schedules that balance productivity and labor costs
Collaboration & Communication : Partner with FOH managers to deliver smooth, coordinated service
Menu Execution & Innovation : Support menu planning, test new recipes, and roll out specials and seasonal features
What We’re Looking For
Experience : 2+ years in a Kitchen Manager, Sous Chef, or BOH leadership role
Culinary Knowledge : Strong grasp of cooking techniques, food safety, and modern kitchen operations
Leadership Skills : Proven ability to train, coach, and motivate a diverse team
Organization & Time Management : Skilled at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Financial Acumen : Knowledge of food costing, labor management, and budget oversight
Problem-Solving Mindset : Calm under pressure with the ability to resolve challenges quickly
