Sandwich Picking (Chilled Environment)

Transfer product from cases to trays with speed and accuracy Work in a cold warehouse environment (34–36°F) Maintain cleanliness, safety, and pick rate standards

Freezer Picking

Select cases from frozen storage and organize them into trays Work in -10°F environments Must be comfortable with freezer conditions and safety protocols

Ambient Picking

Move products from pallets to euro boards Work in dry/ambient conditions Support full order building process and maintain workflow

All positions follow engineered pick standards. WMS experience is a plus, but not required. General Duties

Accurately pick and place products into pallets or trays Visually inspect incoming and outgoing goods Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required) Maintain a clean and organized workspace Read labels, count product, and perform basic math Lift 25–65 lbs regularly throughout the shift Work in temperature-controlled environments (ambient, chilled, freezer) Adhere to safety and sanitation policies Physical Requirements

Stand, walk, and twist for over 66% of shift Lift up to 65 lbs consistently Bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the shift Work in cold, changing temperature conditions Operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and balers (training provided) Preferred Qualifications

1+ year of general warehouse experience Licensed forklift operator (or willing to certify) Ability to follow safety protocols and productivity standards Comfortable working nights, weekends, and holidays when needed
