Job Title: Night Shift Nurse Supervisor - Psychiatric Unit Location: Visalia, CA Employer: Amergis Healthcare Staffing Shift: 6:00 PM - 2:30 AM Schedule: 5 x 8-hour shifts Pay: $3,400 per week Position Overview: Amergis Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified Nurse Supervisor to join our psychiatric unit in Visalia, CA. This night-shift leadership role supports clinical operations and staff oversight, ensuring high-quality, holistic care for patients and families. Key Responsibilities: Provide clinical supervision and support to nursing staff during night shifts Ensure patient safety and adherence to care protocols Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to meet patient needs Assist with staff development and training Maintain accurate documentation and support regulatory compliance Note: This role does not include direct responsibility for hiring, firing, financials, or peer review.
