We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Automation & Analytics Specialist to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing business intelligence solutions using Power BI, automating workflows with Power Automate, scripting with Shell, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) using industry-standard tools. This role will play a key part in driving digital transformation and operational efficiency across the organization. Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI. • Automate business processes and workflows using Power Automate and integrate with other Microsoft services. • Write and maintain Shell scripts for system automation, data processing, and deployment tasks. • Develop and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Monitor and optimize performance of BI reports and automation workflows. • Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance across all automation and analytics solutions. • Provide technical support and training to end-users and internal teams. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Proven experience with Power BI including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. • Strong knowledge of Power Automate and its integration capabilities. • Proficiency in Shell scripting (Bash, PowerShell, etc.). • Hands-on experience with RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, etc.). • Familiarity with APIs, web services, and system integrations. • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Preferred Qualifications: • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or Azure. • Experience with SQL, Python, or other scripting languages. Prior experience in a regulated Finance industry
