Member Services Representative
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hourly Pay:
$20 - $24, based on experience
About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Member Services Representative to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will provide outstanding customer service to members, support event preparation, and ensure accurate and timely processing of membership-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with event preparation, including assembling swag bags and related materials. Verify membership tenure and send appropriate recognition awards. Answer incoming member calls and respond to inquiries professionally. Respond to all member emails within 24 hours, using excellent grammar and communication skills. Update member data in the system (address changes, membership renewals, raffle entries, insurance requests, event registration). Process password reset requests and membership payments. Assist with packaging and shipping of event materials Create shipping labels using mail merge Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas. Experience using mail merge. Prior experience with CRM systems or database management. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask, stay organized, and deliver accurate results.
