Job Description
Commercial Lines Insurance Customer Service Representative:
Requirements: Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
2+ years of commercial lines insurance experience (agency preferred)
Knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and policies
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day service and support for commercial insurance accounts
Respond to client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, policy changes, certificates, and claims
Process endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and other transactions
Prepare proposals and assist producers with marketing and quoting
Maintain accurate client files and documentation in the agency system
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, carriers, and team members
