Job Summary
Performs responsible semiskilled work in the maintenance of the municipal golf course; does related work as required. Work is performed under regular supervision. Essential Duties and Responsibilities • Maintains operation of golf carts and golf course facilities. • Perform necessary task for upkeep of golf carts, service clean and wash carts. • Maintenance and cleaning of grounds of golf course, club house and restrooms. • Maintenance and upkeep of golf course range. • Provide internal and external customer service • Schedules appointments and maintains calendars • Answers/responds to phone calls • Screens visitors, emails and calls • Inventory/Package and receiving • Data entry and general computer work • Prepares routine correspondence • Proofs and edits documents • Compiles and logs information • Cashiering as applicable • Performs related tasks as required.

Supervisory Responsibilities: None Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities • General knowledge of the methods, materials and practices used in a golf pro shop. • General knowledge of the equipment used in the maintenance of a golf course and its safe operation. • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with associates, course guests and the public. • Skill in the operation of golf course maintenance equipment. • Good listening skills • Technologically Adapt • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees.
Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; 0 to 2 years of experience.
Licenses, Certifications, Special Requirements: • Valid Florida Driver's License required.
