Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join their team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be part of the operations team supporting the production process. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
2nd Shift 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM, 3rd Shift 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM
What's the Job?
Perform maintenance as needed on repairs to production equipment, facilities, and grounds equipment, particularly focusing on electrical malfunctions.
Utilize machine tools and hand tools to work with a variety of materials within prescribed tolerances.
Analyze malfunctioning machines and systems, recommending corrective action, and making electrical or other repairs or modifications as approved.
Collaborate with engineering, technical support, and production management or outside vendors and contractors as needed.
Maintain a working understanding of plant production processes, equipment, systems, and facilities to perform maintenance effectively.
What's Needed?
Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; Associate's technical degree preferred.
Experience working on facility machines, including CNC precision machinery.
Four (4) plus years of hands-on maintenance technician experience with advanced technical training in PLC controls, electrical systems, hydraulics, plumbing, and pneumatics.
Journeyman level certification or equivalent strongly preferred (Electrical and/or pneumatic).
Skilled in reading and interpreting safety protocols, operating procedures, maintenance instructions, and technical manuals with accuracy.
