We're looking for

Skilled Vessel Welders

who take pride in clean, code-compliant welds and thrive in a high-performance, safety-first environment.

Requires specialized welding training and/or a minimum of 8 years of relevant welding experience, demonstrating advanced proficiency. Equivalent combinations of training, experience, and skill level will also be considered.

What You'll Do Weld pressure vessels and structural components using

FCAW

and

GMAW TIG weld pressure piping and branch connections to

ASME standards Fit and assemble vessel components from engineering drawings Perform hydrotesting, weld repairs, and oxy-fuel cutting Interpret

P&IDs ,

WPSs , and weld maps Consistently demonstrate code quality. Be proficient in the following codes:

API, B313, UW51, UW52, B1.1, STS , etc. Requirements

Requirements:

What You Bring

8+ years

of vessel welding experience (TIG, FCAW, or GMAW) Ability to pass a

6G weld test

or

3G &fac34;" plate 30º bevel. Strong fitting skills and familiarity with spool layout or vessel fabrication Knowledge of

NDE methods

(PT, MT, UT, RT) and hydrotesting A vocational welding background and a track record of quality and reliability Weld Test Requirements:

Plate Testing for Structural and Vessel Welding

3G &fac34;" plate 30º bevel. Open root downhill with GMAW (aka MIG) Uphill fill and cap with FCAW (aka Flux) Full penetration all welded from one side, no weld on the backside. The test will be side visually inspected by a QW-462.2 by a certified welding inspector per ASME Section XI QW-302.4, x-ray, cut and bent.

Pipe Test for Pipe Welding

6G- 45º Vertical up without backing gas 2" Schedule 160 Carbon Steel Pipe Root, Hot pass and cap all GTAW (aka Tig)

The test will be visually inspected onsite by a certified welding inspector per ASME Section XI QW-302.4, once visual accepted it will also be radiographically tested per QW-191.
