About the Role: The Therapist will serve as a direct clinical professional providing individual, group, and family therapy. Under the immediate supervision of the Clinical Director, Therapists will treat a selected caseload of clients suffering from behavioral health and addiction related issues. These clinicians must be able to perform biopsychosocial assessments, participate in multi-disciplinary treatment, and discharge planning for clients. Why Hickory Recovery?

Master's Degree and Current Indiana Licensure (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, PSY.D, LPCC) or License Eligibility At least 2 years prior experience in a behavioral healthcare setting, with residential treatment experience preferred. Commitment to client, family, and referent satisfaction Ability to maintain strict client confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Professional appearance, aptitude, and attitude Impeccable ethics, integrity, and customer relations skills Outstanding interpersonal and communications skills Computer literacy and ability to use an EMR. Knowledge of "best practices" behavioral medicine treatment delivery and methodologies Knowledge of MAT services or MAT certification preferred. Sound clinical judgment and decision-making skills Ability to understand the requirements of the clientele. Key Responsibilities:

Licensed: $70,000-$75,000/yr
