Responsibilities

Receives, dispatches, and records all requests for emergency and other assistance for Methodist, Lutheran, Methodist West, and Blank Children's Hospital, to include the following:

Life Flight

Unity Point Ground Ambulance

Neonatal and Pediatric Transport

Ambulance reports

Qualifications

Education:

High school diplome or equivalent

Experience:

Working knowledge of computers with basic proficiency Working knowledge of radio communications and radio terminology is preferred.

License(s) / Certification(s):

Paramedic certification or equivalent experience. Valid driver’s license when driving any vehicle for work-related reasons.
