We are inviting you to apply for the
Resort Training Manager
position. In this role, your primary objective is Resort training and tracking to develop associates to their fullest professional potential. Communication with associates and leadership to help reinforce, evaluate, and improve the training process. Additionally, assist with organizational aspects of training, events, and Human Resources. This is an hourly position with some weekend availability required.
Qualifications: 2-3 years in the hospitality industry 1+ years of experience in learning and development and/or retention. Must be able to write, read, and speak English fluently. Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred. Experience in public speaking preferred. Have a broad understanding of day-to-day operations of a hotel/resort. Ability to establish rapport with Associates and leaders. Ability to manage own time and take initiative on projects and duties. Must be effective in handling problems in the workplace, including anticipating, preventing, identifying, and solving problems as necessary.
