About the Role:The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales activities within a specific region. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve commercial goals and objectives. This is a remote position and we would like this person to reside in Georgia or Florida.Your Responsibilities:Sell the full line of Wabash product and services offered through the Truck Body and Upfit & Services value streamsDevelop and implement sales strategies to achieve commercial goals within the regionIdentify and develop new business opportunities within the regionMonitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvementCollaborate with marketing and product development teams to develop and execute marketing plansAttend trade shows and other industry events to promote products and servicesProvide regular reports on sales activity, pipeline, and forecast to managementStay up to date on industry trends and competitionEstablish and maintain strong relationships with regional leasing channel partners, regional fleet management companies, light duty and medium duty chassis dealers and regional end user fleets Promote Truck Body Build to Order, OEM body programs, Upfit & Service Ready to Mount body program, and parts and service sales opportunitiesAct as Truck Body subject matter expert in support of the Wabash multi-line dealer channel, where assignedThis role will require 40-50% travel within the states of (Georgia and Florida)Other duties as assignedLet's Talk About Your Qualifications:Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 5 years of experience in salesProven track record of achieving sales targetsExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsStrong leadership and management skills, with the ability to contribute to cross-functional teamsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travelLeadership Attributes:At Wabash, we pride ourselves on being empowering, and there are some things we feel very strongly about:Embrace Diversity and InclusionSolicit and respect the input of others, celebrate differences, and strive for transparency and inclusivenessSeek to ListenActively listen to reach the best solution and make the strongest decisionsAlways LearnStrive to improve; do not quit or settle for the status quoBe AuthenticDemonstrate honesty, incredible energy, and grit in everything you doWin TogetherCollaborate, seek alignment, and excel at cross-group communication to success as one team and One WabashJoin us in turning ideas into world-changing realities.
