Testers are crucial in helping make sure our product works and will function as it should in the field. A tester could support a variety of test areas. At our facility in Appleton, we do functional, in-circuit, flying probe, and environmental testing.

Perform variety of tasks to ensure production quality standards are met. Troubleshoot units under test, recognize failures and define appropriate action to be taken for rework. Construct test set-ups, interfaces to Unit Under Test (UUT), test fixtures, and other test aids. Make recommendations for procedural changes as needed. Required Education and Experience High School Diploma or GED 2 years' experience in test or quality assurance Basic computer skills; ability to open programs and input data Ability to work overtime Preferred Education and Experience Prior experience in reading and applying information from wiring lists, wiring schematics, process sheets and procedures. Basic soldering skills and ability to work with small hand/crimp tools.
