Our customer is seeking a highly skilled Executive Assistant to support their team in a fast-paced evolving environment. This position requires exceptional discretion, sound judgment, and strong attention to detail, along with advanced organization and communication skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate the ability to remain composed under pressure, respond effectively to unexpected challenges, and maintain a professional demeanor.
Responsibilities:
Draft and manage client communication, including service agreements, pricing proposals and annual budgets, ensuring clarity and accuracy Deliver exception customer service while fostering strong relationships through effective interpersonal and communication skills Oversee daily administrative operations, including office supply management, audit coordination and support for principal-level correspondence Demonstrate initiative and adaptability by managing multiple priorities, identifying process improvements and recommending technology solutions Organize and execute employee and client engagement initiatives such as appreciation events, recognition programs and service awards Qualifications and Requirements:
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and effective written communication, including drafting business correspondence and internal documentation Skilled in revising and maintaining company handbooks, policies, and procedural materials Proficient in payroll processing and spreadsheet management, including the use of advanced Excel formulas Capable of analyzing costs and identifying the most cost-effective options for supplies and services Comfortable working with numbers and data to support operational and financial tasks Benefits and Perks:
