ResponsibilitiesStrategic

Leadership

Turn company goals into clear plant plans.

Align the plant with company processes and culture.

Find and pursue growth opportunities that fit company objectives.

Customer Engagement

Build strong relationships with key customers.

Serve as the main contact for questions, feedback, and issue resolution.

Work with internal teams to understand changing customer needs and use that input to improve service.

Operations

Oversee daily production, quality, maintenance, and logistics.

Hit production targets while keeping safety, quality, and efficiency high.

Use lean and continuous improvement to boost throughput and cut waste.

People and Culture

Lead, coach, and develop teams across departments.

Promote accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Support engagement, retention, and professional growth.

Financial and Resources

Build and manage budgets, forecasts, and capital plans.

Track KPIs and correct course when needed.

Use resources wisely while protecting product quality and safety.

Compliance and Safety

Ensure full compliance with FDA, OSHA, environmental, and other relevant rules.

Promote a strong safety culture and reduce incidents.

Alcoholic Beverage Production and Compliance

Oversee processes that involve alcoholic beverages.

Stay current on federal, state, and local alcohol regulations, including licensing, taxes, labeling, and distribution rules.

Maintain internal controls, documentation, and audit readiness to protect compliance and product integrity.

Stakeholder Engagement

Act as the main link between the plant and executive leadership.

Partner with teams like R D, supply chain, and sales on launches and customer needs.

Build strong ties with suppliers, customers, and local community partners.

Qualifications

Required 10+ years of leadership in a beverage co-manufacturing environment.

Proven success running plant operations, leading teams, and delivering results.

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Food Science, or related field.

Strong knowledge of beverage production, quality systems, and regulatory compliance.

Experience with ERP systems and lean methods.

Preferred MBA or related advanced degree.

Experience leading integration or change efforts after an acquisition.

Familiarity with sustainability practices in manufacturing.
