Summary: We are seeking a full-time Business Analyst to join our team and support strategic implementation projects across the United States. In this role, you will act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, gathering requirements, analyzing processes, and supporting the design and implementation of initiatives that drive measurable results. You will collaborate closely with client teams, applying structured methodologies, monitoring execution, and ensuring alignment between project delivery and organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities: Gather, document, and validate business requirements with stakeholders. Analyze data and processes to identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities. Translate business needs into clear, actionable requirements for technical teams. Support solution design, testing, and implementation to meet client expectations. Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and discussions to capture input and align stakeholders. Manage tasks and priorities effectively to meet project timelines and quality standards. Communicate findings, progress, and recommendations clearly and confidently. Requirements: Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields (Master’s or MBA preferred). Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in business analysis, consulting, project management, or related roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Lean Six Sigma is desirable.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
