Auto Body Technician
with experience in fleet vehicle repairs. The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic, high-volume setting and understands the importance of maintaining vehicles for corporate clients who expect excellence. ASE certifications are preferred, or a strong willingness to obtain them. Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, structural repairs, and refinishing. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet fleet service deadlines. Ensure repairs meet or exceed OEM and company standards. Maintain a clean and professional work area, adhering to safety and operational protocols. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate workflow. Stay current with industry best practices, new repair technologies, and ASE certification requirements (if not already certified). Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum
2 years
of professional auto body repair experience (fleet repair experience strongly preferred). ICar certifications or a strong willingness to obtain them. Expertise in structural and non-structural repairs, refinishing, and OEM repair procedures. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining precision and attention to detail. Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to professionalism. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Benefits after 90 Days
