Position Overview The Business Development Manager will play a critical role in expanding Excel Preps reach, strengthening community and partner relationships, and identifying new growth opportunities. This individual will be responsible for driving revenue growth, establishing sustainable partnerships, and ensuring that Excel Preps services continue to make a lasting impact. Key Responsibilities Business Growth & Strategy

Develop and execute a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with organizational goals. Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with schools, healthcare providers, and community organizations. Research market trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities to inform leadership.

Partnerships & Networking

Build and nurture strong relationships with local businesses, nonprofits, and educational institutions. Represent Excel Prep at community events, networking functions, and industry conferences. Collaborate with leadership to create partnership packages and joint initiatives.

Revenue Development

Drive enrollment growth by engaging with prospective families, schools, and referral sources. Identify opportunities for new programs, funding streams, and service offerings. Support grant writing and sponsorship efforts in coordination with the executive team.

Operations & Reporting

Create clear proposals, presentations, and reports for stakeholders and leadership. Track and analyze business development activities to measure success and ROI. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth integration of new initiatives.

Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or related field (Masters preferred). 35 years of experience in business development, sales, or nonprofit growth roles. Strong knowledge of education, ABA therapy, or healthcare industries preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
