ROLE SUMMARY As a Front-of-House Server, you are more than a point of service; you are a memory-maker. You will play a critical role in shaping the guest experience from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave, making every touchpoint feel personal, warm, and intentional. We’re looking for team members who are passionate about people, obsessed with details, and committed to delivering service that’s not just good, but meaningful. Compensation:
$9 hourly Plus Tips Responsibilities:
Guest Experience & Intentional Service Greet with Presence:
Welcome every guest genuinely, with eye contact, warmth, and care. Make guests feel seen, not just served. Curate the Experience:
Learn guest preferences, dietary needs, and special moments. Go beyond the script, find opportunities to personalize. Serve with Precision & Passion:
Deliver food and beverages attentively, with confidence and flair. Anticipate needs before they’re spoken. Create Emotional Connections:
Remember names, acknowledge return visits, and leave guests feeling better than when they arrived. Recovery & Surprise: Turn complaints into moments of magic. Every challenge is a chance to exceed expectations.
Team Collaboration & Culture Serve Each Other First:
Help wherever needed, from running food to restocking. True hospitality begins with how we serve our team. Communicate with Purpose:
Keep lines of communication open and solutions-focused between FOH and BOH. Uphold the Standard: Take pride in your workspace, your appearance, and your attitude. You set the tone for the entire room.
Continuous Growth & Excellence Know Your Craft:
Study the menu, understand flavor profiles, pairings, and stories behind each dish and cocktail. Master the System:
Use the POS system quickly and accurately, and always double-check orders before sending. Learn, Share, Repeat: Be curious, ask questions, attend training, and always seek to grow, as a server and as a person. Qualifications:

1–2 years in a fast-paced dining environment preferred, but attitude and presence matter most. Physical Readiness:
Able to lift up to 25 pounds, stand/walk for long periods, and work in a dynamic environment. Availability:
