Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search client's Commercial Litigation team is expanding in Ft. Lauderdale, and we’re looking for ambitious, attorneys to join. The team handles a diverse range of commercial litigation matters. Key Responsibilities: Support the commercial litigation team through all phases of legal proceedings, from initial filings to trial. Assist in drafting and reviewing legal documents for commercial transactions and business formations. Conduct thorough legal research, analysis, and writing on various commercial matters. Work closely with clients to provide clear and practical legal advice, ensuring excellent client service and retention. Collaborate with team members on business development initiatives to grow client accounts. Help prepare legal strategies and advise clients on compliance and governance issues.
What We’re Looking For: Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited law school. Admission to the Florida Bar (must be a member in good standing). Experience in commercial transactions or commercial litigation is preferred. Strong legal writing, research, and communication skills. A team-oriented attitude with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A keen interest in commercial litigation, transactions, and corporate advisory. Ability to learn and use legal automation tools for case management and document drafting.
