Appellate Attorney (BOCA RATON)
Are you a motivated and diligent attorney with an interest in appellate law? Our national law firm is seeking an appellate attorney with 2-7 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual eager to grow and excel in their legal career.
Key Responsibilities : Manage multi-faceted appeals and litigation with a significant impact on our financial services clients Conduct thorough legal research and draft persuasive appellate briefs Present oral argument in appellate courts Develop legal strategies and provide client recommendations Collaborate with a team of experienced attorneys on complex legal matters Assist the General Counsel with litigation and related matters
Qualifications: J.D. and active membership in the Florida Bar Minimum of 2 years of appellate experience or 5 years of litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in appellate issues Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills Experience managing deadlines and caseload A commitment to diligence, attention to detail, and continuous learning
