Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our CEO on both a business and personal level. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, detail-oriented, and discreet professional who can manage complex calendars, coordinate travel, prepare correspondence, and handle confidential matters with ease.
Responsibilities:
Manage the CEO's complex calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and events Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports Handle incoming emails, phone calls, and messages, responding or redirecting as appropriate Maintain confidential files and records Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination Manage the CEO's personal schedule, including family and social commitments Coordinate personal travel and entertainment arrangements Handle personal correspondence and gifts Maintain the CEO's personal contacts and relationships Discreetly handle personal matters and errands as needed Qualifications:
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite Tech-savvy with ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
