We are looking for a skilled Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to oversee and execute complex projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. This long-term contract position is based in Southport, Connecticut, and requires someone who excels in project planning, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement. The ideal candidate will have experience managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational change to achieve successful outcomes. Responsibilities
Lead and manage the full lifecycle of assigned projects, including digital development initiatives. Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies while implementing effective change control measures. Collaborate with business stakeholders, including Business Analysts, Technical Product Owners, and subject matter experts, to gather and prioritize requirements. Track project progress, identify risks, and address issues, ensuring clear communication with stakeholders throughout. Deliver executive updates to steering committees and other stakeholders as needed. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate their efforts for the successful execution of initiatives. Partner with third-party development teams when required to ensure project objectives are met. Manage project budgets by allocating resources effectively and ensuring adherence to financial goals. Ensure organizational change management is integrated into project delivery to support adoption and success. Oversee project closure activities, including documentation and lessons learned, ensuring compliance with internal and external audit requirements. Requirements
Proven experience in project management, with expertise in managing full project lifecycles. Proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Jira and familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies. Solid understanding of Cisco technologies, cloud platforms, CRM, and ERP systems. Strong knowledge of budget processes and resource allocation strategies. Experience in change management and driving organizational adoption. Ability to conduct AB testing and utilize data for informed decision-making. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present updates to executive stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to risk management throughout the project lifecycle.
