Full-Time/Perm Description: We are seeking a Consulting Agile Project Manager to lead and facilitate Agile methodologies within multiple teams. This role requires strong leadership in managing project dependencies, resolving conflicts, and ensuring smooth collaboration across stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a balanced approach, holding team members accountable while fostering a cooperative and productive work environment. Major Responsibilities: Guide teams using Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Coordinate and manage work streams across multiple teams. Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring project progress remains on track. Facilitate meetings with clear objectives and actionable outcomes. Ensure teams, stakeholders, and external vendors meet their commitments. Utilize project management tools to enhance efficiency and transparency. Adapt delivery strategies to best support team objectives and continuous improvement. Manage both Agile and Waterfall project elements as required. Work with outsourced development teams and integrate their deliverables into the overall project plan. Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on Agile methodologies. 3+ years of experience as an Agile facilitator within development teams. 2+ years of experience managing projects spanning multiple teams. Strong vendor management and collaboration skills. Ability to oversee both Agile and Waterfall project methodologies. Experience with Agile collaboration tools. Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving abilities. Demonstrated ability to maintain team harmony while driving accountability. Effective at de-escalating conflicts and finding collaborative solutions. Desired Skills: Experience managing end-to-end project delivery. Professional experience in various industries. Background in consulting with stable work history. Experience overseeing website redesigns or similar initiatives. Familiarity with Agile project scaling, but not heavily focused on SAFe. Experience working with outsourced development teams. Compensation: Pay Range: $108,500 - $155,000 Benefits: A comprehensive benefits package is offered.
