Skills and Qualifications

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance.

Experience: External auditors from major CPA firms with 3+ years, including at least one busy season as a senior. Candidates with a mix of external audit and corporate experience are welcome.

Certification: CPA preferred or actively pursuing.

Corporate Experience: Background in corporate accounting or finance at large public companies is a plus.

Analytical Skills: Strong technical and auditing abilities, proficiency in U.S. GAAP and FASB rules.

Technical Proficiency: Excellent desktop skills, advanced Excel capabilities preferred.

Career Stability: Demonstrated progression and stability in previous roles.
