Assist with case management from intake through resolution
Collaborate with a close-knit litigation team on trial preparation and strategy
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in employment litigation, specifically on the plaintiff side
Admission to the California State Bar
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Comfortable managing deadlines and working independently or collaboratively
Commitment to advocating for employee rights
Education:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Certifications:
Active member of the California Bar
Skills:
Exceptional oral and written communication
Proficiency with litigation support tools and legal research platforms
Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
Able to maintain confidentiality and exercise good judgment under pressure
Job Location:
