This role involves acting as a high-level technical expert, either as an individual contributor or team lead, for complex computer applications and initiatives. Responsibilities include utilizing advanced technology knowledge, tackling complex problems requiring evaluation of intangible factors, and leading platform design, coding, and testing efforts. The role also involves modeling, simulation, and analysis, serving as an expert resource for programming staff during development, testing, and implementation. Candidates should have 10+ years of application development and implementation experience. The Java Developer will be part of the CORE team within the Consumer Lending Technology Group. Responsibilities include providing application design guidance and consultation, analyzing complex business requirements, generating technical specifications, and ensuring quality, security, and compliance. Hands-on development experience with Java and J2EE, working with Oracle DB, is essential. The candidate must be adaptable, thrive in an evolving environment, and be capable of adjusting work approaches positively. Qualifications
Experience in Production Support, analytical and reverse engineering skills, and prior work in the financial industry are required. Familiarity with Hibernate, Eclipse Modeling Framework, ORM tools, OSCache, JCache, caching APIs, and SQL performance tuning is preferred.
