ProSidian is seeking an AMSE Environmental Compliance Consultant - GSSC (Full-Time) to support an engagement with the US Dept. of Energy (DOE) Hanford Site. Preferred candidates will have relevant experience in Government, Public Sector, and Infrastructure (Nuclear and Environmental) sectors, including functional area expertise. This position is located within the CONUS - Northwest Region. The consultant will support requirements for PR0114A RFQ FY22 SB06 AMSE 01 Environmental Compliance Support Swim Lanes and SOW, maintaining qualifications with relevant sector experience. The role involves working as part of the Engagement Team to provide environmental compliance support on behalf of DOE Hanford, specifically within the Environmental Compliance Division (ECD). Key responsibilities include: Assessing contractor readiness for DFLAW operations, including air operating and dangerous waste programs. Reviewing permit documents, schedules, design packages, and providing technical/regulatory recommendations. Providing strategic advice based on document reviews, meetings, and regulatory interactions. Attending meetings with DOE and regulatory agencies, and supporting site walk-downs and inspections. Conducting regulatory analysis on applicable and proposed environmental regulations. Participating in meetings and preparing assessments and reports. Supporting regulatory inspections and response activities. Participating in senior management meetings and documenting outcomes. Qualifications

The candidate shall have recent relevant experience in similar roles within the past five years, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a BS/BA in engineering, science, or business management. Additional requirements include: At least 10 years of experience in consulting or contributing to complex projects in a senior or advisory capacity. Experience with DOE readiness reviews, regulatory inspections, nuclear facility commissioning, RCRA regulations, and radioactive waste management. Ability to interface effectively with senior management, regulatory agencies, and contractors. Excellent communication skills and proficiency with MS Office tools. U.S. Citizenship and the ability to obtain security clearance. Travel and work location are specified, with occasional travel to Hanford Area in Washington State. Additional Information
