Overview This position assists in all new home sales activities while delivering an extraordinary customer experience. This role is a training ground for the New Home Counselor position.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Work with buyers and their realtors in selling and closing newly built homes.
Maintain model homes and communities to high standards.
Meet or exceed customer service goals and sales metrics.
Generate leads from various sources.
Create and maintain positive Realtor relationships.
Coordinate customer meetings with other departments during the home buying process.
Visit competitor communities and conduct market analysis using gathered data.
Education & Experience
Valid Driver’s License in the state of employment.
Real Estate license if required by the state.
Previous sales experience preferred.
Skills & Abilities
Meet monthly sales goals.
Availability to work in the sales office on a schedule including holidays and weekends.
Excellent communication skills.
Follow planned sales presentations.
Learn and convey information about Beazer Homes communities, products, and processes.
Convey information clearly in writing and face-to-face.
Adapt quickly to change.
Technical Knowledge & Experience
Use computers and related technology for prospecting, follow-up, and homebuyer maintenance.
Understanding of mortgage financing basics is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Work in model home sales offices, following safety guidelines.
Visit and guide buyers through various community sites.
Visit neighboring communities and remote locations for training.
Wear safety equipment as required on active construction sites.
