I am exclusively representing a top global law firm on their search for a SeniorBusiness Development Manager for their growing Litigation, Arbitration andInvestigations (LAI) team.Your role will be to lead the development and execution of Business Development(BD) strategies that support growth in the Litigation, Arbitration &Investigations (LAI) practice. You'll ensure these strategies align with theFirm's overall goals, as well as client and sector priorities. Using strongproduct knowledge and data-driven insights, you'll identify opportunities,encourage cross-selling across practices, and help shape BD efforts that driveprofitable revenue growth.I'd love to engage with professionals that have a depth of experience withinLegal Business Development, preferably within the Litigation, Arbitration orInvestigations practice areas. Beyond that, this person must be a team player,with an aim to grow and learn within this practice area.Core Responsibilities:Develop BD strategies for the LAI practice that align with the Firm's global growth goals and overall strategy. Build strong relationships with partners and key stakeholders to support strategic goals and ensure consistent communication and collaboration. Oversee BD initiatives, making sure they align with practice and Firm objectives, while tracking progress and adjusting plans as needed. Use product, market, and client insights to guide BD strategy, relying on data to spot opportunities and make informed decisions. Create and execute targeted growth plans for products, sectors, and clients, encouraging cross-selling with global teams and tailoring efforts to market needs.I feel the current salary banding is competitive within the market, however, ifyou are looking for something above this range, I'm open to discussing itfurther.
