Job Description Description: The Senior Multi-Unit Manager (S.M.U.M) has two primary objectives and is key to the success of our organization. The First objective is to inspire and empower teams across 6-10 locations to deliver excellence in every aspect of the guest experience. This part of the role combines strategic oversight with hands-on leadership, ensuring each location thrives through exceptional staff development, operational efficiency, financial success, and unwavering adherence to the values of Play Spin Win Brands. The second objective is to oversee and develop 1-3 multi-unit managers, each with their own locations. This objective focuses on the mentorship of managers in key business areas, including operations, financial acumen, and team management, with a strong emphasis on coaching and development. While the senior multi-unit manager provides guidance and support, they are also responsible for driving accountability and performance management. This position requires a service-oriented leader who prioritizes guest satisfaction while ensuring smooth operations that support the long-term success of the cafés. Expectations:

Be knowledgeable of vgt machines, slot games, features, and how to resolve machine issues. Take ownership of all restaurant operations. Serve as the first point of contact for each assigned location including Hourly Managers, hourly employees, and the multi-unit manager(s).

Provides support and guidance to the teams and locations under the multi-unit manager's oversight.

Lead and inspire your team to enhance guest and employee experiences and drive employee engagement through impactful management and support:

Partnering with Human Resources to ensure proper staffing levels, train and develop of team members, manage disciplinary actions, and overall performance management. Maintain consistent communication with all team members including in-person visits, camera monitoring, phone calls, and team meetings. Facilitate regular meetings with multi-unit managers and business partners to ensure thorough follow-through on all business needs.

Drive operational efficiency through impactful leadership and accountability at all levels, consistently identifying opportunities and effectively resolving challenges to ensure smooth, continuous operations.

Complete and inspect inventories and product ordering to maintain proper par levels on all items. Check, edit, and verify bi-weekly employee schedules and timecards. Audit Multi-Unit Manager(s) bi-weekly schedule to business needs including nights and weekends. Conduct required store audits and promptly troubleshoot, revolve and/or report identified issues. Uphold the highest standard of cleanliness and sanitation.

Achieve financial success by closely analyzing and managing key financial metrics, including monthly p&ls, vgt performance, and controllable expenses, ensuring all stay within budget while driving profitability.

Oversee and manage cash handling, deposit processes, and overall sales activities. Deliver and review Multi-Unit Manager(s) key financial metrics.

Assist licensing and compliance efforts to ensure adherence to state and local regulations and standards:

Uphold company polices and licensing standards including liquor and gaming regulations to protect employees and guests. Maintain a safe and compliant work environment by following local health code and business license regulations. Facilitate the successful completion of required certification courses for all employees. Inspect multi-unit manager(s) locations to ensure adherence.

Champion marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns by educating and guiding employees ensuring effective implementation across locations.

Identify and analyze areas of opportunity within each local market through competitive shops, daily reports, and reviewing monthly revenue reports from the Illinois Gaming Board (IGB). Provide strategic support to multi-unit manager(s) to drive successful marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns.

Maintain a safe working environment by monitoring assigned locations, reporting work-related safety concerns within the stores, and following up to ensure concerns are resolved.

Track and audit all employee assigned keys and alarm codes. Ensure internal systems such as ShiftNotes, Guardian, and/or the Point of Sales system are maintained and updated. Monitor cameras once per-shift at each assigned location and as needed for multi-unit manager(s) locations, addressing any concerns or opportunities.

Oversee repair and maintenance to ensure equipment, facilities, and systems operate efficiently:

Take a proactive approach to troubleshooting potential problems before they escalate. Train team members and multi-unit manager(s) on best practices for recognizing and addressing problems effectively.

Maintain consistent communications with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to address operational needs, arrange for repairs, maintain equipment, or similar tasks. Partner with the IT department to ensure technology is fully operational and seamlessly implemented:

Communicate with vendors and internal teams to address and fulfill IT requirements. Assist in technology replacements, upgrades, and repairs.

Prohibit underage patrons from purchasing alcohol or gambling by ID'ing every guest, every time. Support the training and development of new and existing team members.. Perform other duties as requested by MANAGEMENT. Skills & Experience:

Must be 21 years ofage. Previous multi-unit leadership, service, or support experience is preferred. Must have access to reliable transportation for all business hours. Being able to bend, reach, lift and/or carry 50 pounds Must be able to maintain an active and engaged floor presence for periods exceeding 60 minutes Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work as part of a TEAM.
