Job Description
We are seeking a committed Warehouse Picker for the 1st shift to join our dedicated team. This position involves sorting boxes and arranging them on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators. You will be engaged in picking and packing products of various sizes, ranging from handheld boxes to thousand-pound machine parts, utilizing a lift. You will also use an RF scanner and be responsible for loading and unloading semi-trailers with completed pallets. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 3pm - 1:30am, with expected overtime until 2am and occasional Saturdays.
Responsibilities
Sort and arrange boxes on the correct pick pallet for forklift operators.
Pick and pack products of various sizes using a lift.
Utilize an RF scanner for inventory management.
Load and unload semi-trailers with completed pallets.

Work Environment
This is a fully on-site position in Davenport, Iowa, within a large, open parts distribution center. We are a diverse team from various backgrounds, working in an inclusive environment towards a common goal of quality. Our culture emphasizes meticulousness, as our performance is measured by quality standards, not productivity volume. The facility operates from 3pm to 1:30am, Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts and expected overtime until 2am.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $17.00/hr.
