About the Role:

Jorie AI are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Controller to lead our accounting and financial operations. The ideal candidate will bring strong technical accounting expertise in U.S. GAAP, hands -on experience with NetSuite, and proven success in managing the accounting function within a high-growth SaaS environment. This individual will play a key role in building scalable processes, ensuring compliance, and providing insights that drive decision-making across the business

Location & Hours: Location: Remote USA ONLY Monday-Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm CST Flexible working hours may be required based on business

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all accounting operations, including general ledger, revenue recognition, accounts

payable/receivable,

and consolidations. Ensure compliance with S. GAAP, including SaaS-specific revenue recognition standards (ASC 606). Own the month-end and year-end close processes to deliver accurate and timely financial Improve accounting processes and establish scalable workflows to support the companys Manage and optimize the NetSuite ERP system, driving automation, accuracy, and process Partner with finance to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance Develop and maintain strong internal controls, policies, and procedures in line with best Coordinate external audits, tax filings, and other compliance Provide leadership, mentoring, and development for accounting Collaborate with executive leadership to provide strategic financial insights and support business growth initiatives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or business administration (required) CPA designation (strongly preferred)

Qualifications/Experience:

7+ years of progressive accounting experience, including at least 3 years in an accounting leadership Strong technical knowledge of S. GAAP and SaaS revenue recognition (ASC 606). Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP Prior experience in healthcare, SaaS, or technology Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to influence across Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling
