JOB SUMMARY

The Corporate Receptionist position is responsible for performing a wide variety of clerical and receptionist duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES Provides professional and friendly customer service and information to customers, employees, visitors, and vendors via in-person and telephone Directs and coordinates clients with proper bank departments and officials Maintains visitor log Notifies bank employees via phone or e-mail when a customer has been waiting for an extended period of time Provides administrative information to bank employees as necessary Maintains current knowledge of internal risk controls and loss prevention, including reporting of suspicious or unusual customer activity per Bank policy Maintains current knowledge and complies with all federal and state laws and regulations and all established Bank policies and procedures, including internal audit controls related to department operations Maintains current knowledge of all rules, regulations, and laws as they apply to BSA/OFAC/USA Patriot Act/CIP/AML Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS

A self-starting individual who possesses a High School Diploma or G.E.D. Must have at least one year of previous receptionist or customer service experience Must be proficient in typing, keyboarding, PC, and basic business office equipment Excellent interpersonal and customer relations skills are necessary for in-person and telephone contact Professional appearance and good grooming are essential at all times Attention to detail and the ability to multi-task are required Good verbal and written communication skills Bilingual in English and Spanish is necessary Must be able to work flexible hours as scheduled, Monday through Saturday ORGANIZATION

This position reports to the Operations Administrative Assistant This position does not oversee other positions TRAINING REQUIREMENTS

All employees are required to attend scheduled mandatory trainings and complete online regulatory compliance training courses applicable to their specific job function. In all situations, employees must ensure that their actions fully comply with all federal banking laws and regulations, including internal bank policies and procedures.Failure to adhere to these requirements will be grounds for disciplinary action, including probation and possible termination.
