In this role, you'll collaborate with cross-functional partners to uncover opportunities, optimize processes, and deliver innovative solutions-from streamlining workflows to enhancing system capabilities. You'll play a hands-on role in planning, testing, documenting, and training, while ensuring compliance and process excellence. If you're ready to turn analysis into action and mentor others along the way, we'd love to have you on our team.Responsibilities:Analyzes, validates, manipulates, and interprets complex data from cross functional partners to develop solutions and optimization opportunities. (returns, sailing schedule creation, iTrade Network issues)Leads complex initiatives that have multiple interdependencies and cross functional implications. (bid, pricing contracts, commodities, transfer and resale, workflow resolution)Supports cross-functional planning to and gathers key data to align on solutions that meet customer and business needs. (month end, year-end, school year end processes)Supports functional systems and program specifications through testing, developing project documentation, user training materials and conducting ongoing user support. (system enhancements)Responsible for process improvement, documentation, implementation and training. (customer service procedure manual)Ensure system controls are in place and followed. Manage audit requests for compliance of identified controls.Acts as a mentor to customer service specialists by providing guidance, direction, and resolution.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (or equivalent years of experience in Analyst role)Minimum of 4+ years of experience involving analysis, testing, software and process improvementsSAP and/or order management systems experienceMS Suite with strong Excel, SAPBW; skills in comparative analysis.Compensation and Benefits:The base salary range for this position is $66,375 - $110,625 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus, which is based on organizational performance. The salary range represents numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to education, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range. Prior experience in SAP also preferred.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent computer skills and proficiency with SAP, MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook,Access, Power Point,).
