The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience, preferably from an AmLaw 200 firm, with a strong background in complex commercial litigation matters. This role requires expertise in state and federal courts, exceptional client service skills, and a commitment to written and oral communication excellence. Duties: Represent clients in various commercial litigation matters, including complex contract disputes. Prepare and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies. Appear in state and federal courts for hearings, trials, and depositions. Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies and solutions. Manage case files, deadlines, and documentation effectively. Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong client relationships. Stay updated on legal trends and developments relevant to commercial litigation. Requirements: 2-4 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 200 firm. Proven experience handling complex commercial litigation matters and working in state and federal courts. Strong written and oral communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Commitment to delivering exceptional client service. Admission to the Arizona Bar or eligibility for admission. Admission to the California, Colorado, and Nevada Bar is a plus. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Excellent academic credentials required. Certifications: Admission to the Arizona Bar (or eligibility for admission). Admission to the California, Colorado, and Nevada Bar is advantageous. Skills: Strong legal research and analytical skills. Proficiency in drafting and reviewing legal documents. Effective case management and organizational skills.
