The annualized salary range for this position in California is $205,000 to $330,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on the candidate's education, training, experience, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full-time employees may be eligible for a bonus and health insurance with options including HSA, long-term disability, dental, vision, life insurance, flexible spending accounts, 401(k), vacation, sick leave, paid holidays, and an employee assistance program. Initial sick leave is 80 hours per year. Attorneys generally take approximately three weeks of vacation annually, subject to client and firm needs. Additional voluntary benefits include accident insurance, life, disability, long-term care, pet insurance, and transit programs.
