Role: Technology Lead - Java (Healthcare Domain) Duration: Full Time Location: Hartford, CT Qualifications Basic Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider three years of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education. Preferred At least 4 years of experience with Java/J2EE Technology and Frameworks. Experience with J2EE frameworks like Struts, Spring MVC, etc. Experience with development tools like Eclipse, WebSphere, etc. Experience in the software development life cycle and project activities. Experience in design and architecture review. Ability to work in diverse, multi-stakeholder environments. Analytical skills to identify root causes and develop solutions. Experience in Healthcare domain. Hands-on experience with Web Services - SOAP and/or RESTful. Experience with databases such as DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, etc. Experience with Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Willingness to work in a global delivery environment.
