Duration: - 6+ Months (CTH) Lead SCRUM teams of business analysts, developers, deployers and testers to plan deliverables for each development sprint

Should have proven track records of being solution and delivery focused, and who can lead strategic, cross-functional, business facing and technical initiatives Lead sprint planning, end of sprint checkpoint reviews, sprint retrospectives, daily scrums, and defect review meetings Update Product Backlog Items to include new or revised requirements and backlog items. Support Deliverables to include Release Burn Down Charts, Sprint Burn Down Charts and Defect Log Education:

BS or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Management Information Systems and/or equivalent work experience. Qualifications

Required: Certified Scrum Master or Certified SAFe Agilist Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least 8 years Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master on a large distributed team 5 years Strong SQL Knowledge and DWBI concepts Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burndown techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.) Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games Experience in one or more Agile tools: JIRA, Rally, TFS Experience/Knowledge of other Agile approaches: XP, Kanban, Scaled Agile (SAFe), Crystal, FDD Additional Information
