Construction Litigation Attorney or Partner (2+ years) - Atlanta, GA!
Join a prestigious law firm in Atlanta, GA, as a Construction Litigation Attorney or Partner (2+ years experience required)! We're seeking adept litigators with a focus on construction defense to bolster the firm's growing team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in civil litigation, particularly in construction matters, and be poised to dive into challenging cases from day one. This role is tailored for seasoned attorneys; junior applicants need not apply. Responsibilities
Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs and trials Work as part of a team with all levels of experiences Routine communications with clients Cultivate relationships with the firm's existing and future clients Provide leadership and direction with respect to less experienced attorneys
Requirements
JD from an ABA approved school Must be licensed in Georgia, plus if licensed in Florida as well 2+ years of solid litigation experience, specifically in construction litigation matters, deposition and trial preparation preferred Ability to manage full case handling responsibilities, including all facets of discovery and trial Experience handling insurance defense matters preferred Experience with time management systems Proficiency in MS Suite, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Outlook Ability to think and act independently and with minimal supervision Outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills Professional appearance and demeanor
